emarsys does not only offer new challenges every day, but also provides me with the opportunity to work in an exciting industry and to meet interesting people. What I appreciate most is the friendly atmosphere and the unique team spirit at emarsys.

I'm a software engineer and it's very exciting to face all the technical challenges while developing and enhancing a system that sends and tracks millions of emails every hour. Being part of a motivated and enthusiastic team helps to get through the occasional rough day. But what I enjoy the most at emarsys and what's really inspiring is that the management puts great emphasis on providing high-quality service to our customers and thus enables us software developers to deliver quality software with each release.

I first joined the “emarsys family” in November 2011 as an account executive. Being an account manager requires to perfectly blend strategy, technical know-how and human contact. This is for me a fascinating 360' job. Every client is unique with different needs and expectations and it makes the everyday work really interesting. Helping clients to achieve better results and support them through the daily challenges is indeed really rewarding. If I had to pick one main thing I like about emarsys as an employee it would probably be the fact that it is a very human company where you can express yourself. In a nutshell, a great company with great people.
