emarsys solutions are provided as a Software as a Service, which is invoiced in arrears.
As it is only invoiced after the service has been provided we therefore do not offer a refund policy.

We strive to provide all of our customers with an excellent service and our dedicated account executives are there to offer help and assistance. However if you are not completely satisfied with the service please escalate this to your account manager.
