If you enjoy frequent or even sporadic grilling, you know the name Char-Broil. The subsidiary of W.C. Bradley Co. is the leading manufacturer of outdoor grills and smokers — and they needed help reaching their millions of gas grilling and charcoal cooking master chefs.
In conjunction with an existing partnership with leading email/eCRM agency BrightWave, Char-Broil turned to Emarsys for help. The below graphic summarizes how the brand adopted the Emarsys platform to augment its existing email strategy.
In the months ahead, BrightWave and the Char-Broil marketing team will be able to easily set up automated campaigns and define customer segments to educate new customers about the brand. It will also drive sales through Char-Broil’s reseller channels and parts sales through their e-commerce site.
With the help of Emarsys, Char-Broil was able to get its email marketing program cooking at an all-time high in terms of efficiency and execution.
