Partner testimonials can be found in the ‘Notes to Editors’.

The theme of Emarsys Revolution this year is two-fold, opening with ‘The Customer Experience’ on Day 1, concluding on Day 3 with ‘The Marketer Experience” and how the two are inextricably linked. There will be more than 45 live interactive sessions and hands-on labs across four learning tracks: strategy, creative & content, technology and solutions. Subject matter experts from across the industry will dive into shifting consumer habits and expectations, and how brands can use AI, personalization and omnichannel strategies to push boundaries provide unforgettable customer experiences.

“A tech explosion is happening in the market with marketers facing an overwhelming choice of options. While the technology curve has been steadily logarithmic in growth the same cannot be said for the customer tech adoption curve which has progressed in a more linear fashion. In many cases it has plateaued. While it’s good that providers improve technology at this pace, the customer is still struggling to keep up. Industry needs to provide a new benchmark, a new standard to help marketing professionals meet the evolution point sooner, so that they are able to onboard faster and graduate to more sophisticated software such as AI – and in this way move closer to the promise of marketing, that of true 1:1 personalization,” said Ohad Hecht, CEO at Emarsys and keynote speaker at Revolution.

“Clients, prospects and partners attending this year’s event will have an opportunity to understand how to make this reality their own through high-quality, interactive sessions, hands-on labs and, we believe, an un-matched series of keynote speakers. This year they will also understand what’s next from Emarsys to help them further differentiate in today’s busy market.”

A Word from Our Sponsors:

“Emarsys’ Revolution conference serves not only as a source of education for our team, but a place to be inspired; to learn marketing best practices from industry-leading companies. Today’s ecommerce landscape demands such personalization and customization for the individual shopper that it can be difficult to know what strategy is best. I’m looking forward to immersing myself in three days of training on how companies can develop effective marketing in this consumer-driven world.”
Mark Adams, Vice President & General Manager, Europe at BigCommerce

“The Kickdynamic team are extremely excited for Emarsys’ biggest Revolution event. When you bring together leading brands that want to discover the future of marketing and learn from other industry experts, great things happen. I’m personally looking forward to getting everyone excited about how our open time technology can revolutionise email personalisation. Oh, and the party in the Shard!”
Matt Hayes, CEO at Kickdynamic.

“While deliverability fundamentals remain the same and the value of global whitelists such as Return Path’s Certification are beyond dispute, shifting consumer habits such as AI, personalization, and omnichannel strategies are important drivers of positive engagement to provide great customer experiences. Return Path is proud to partner with Emarsys and we look forward to sharing our expertise and insight into the email marketing landscape during the upcoming Revolution event in London.”
Nav Kalra, Senior Partner Development Manager, EMEA at Return Path.
“We’re excited to meet with thought leaders and marketers to talk about the state of marketing and where the industry is heading. “Every year Emarsys brings together great speakers, an impeccable organisation and a program that sparks conversation. From a partner perspective, the success of this event reflects the hard work we see behind the scenes and we are delighted to be part of it. I’m looking forward to the panels discussing the relationship between AI and brands. As the technology becomes stronger in capturing the subtleties of consumer behaviour, I’m curious on how different leaders in the industry plan to leverage that knowledge.”

Maria Flores, General Manager UK at Persado

“Shopify Plus is thrilled to be hosting a session at Emarsys Revolution this year. The team is looking forward to meeting marketing professionals from across Europe and the UK and exchange ideas and thoughts on what the next wave of technology will bring and to show off some of the directions the platform will be taking to support those efforts. This event is one that we look forward to supporting or attending every year. It’s important to exchange thoughts, ideas, and direction with similar thought leaders in the marketing space.”
